Enclosures and other products are inspected prior to shipment and we try our best to get all orders correct, but we are only human. If you have any problems with shipping, or product defects, we would appreciate the opportunity to work with you to make it right! We want to make sure you and your pet get exactly what you need.

Due to the nature of our products and services, ALL SALES AND DEPOSITS ARE FINAL. Since our products are for animals and many are built to order, we are very firm with this policy for the safety of both our clients and their animals. All deposits and purchases are nonrefundable. Apex Reptile cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If you are wanting to cancel an order placed with Apex Cages, YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN THREE (3) HOURS OF ORDER PLACEMENT.
