Shipping policy

 

Shipping Times: Shipping times will fluctuate based on demand. We appreciate it if you are able to plan ahead with your enclosure purchase. Please check the website or send us an email at hello@apexreptile.com for current lead times.

Shipping Policy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Any failure to provide incomplete or wrong addresses will result in items being returned to us. It will be up to the customer to pay to reship the item with the correct address. A refund will not be issued if the item in undeliverable or returned to us. ALL SALES ARE FINAL SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT. When shipping with USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, UPS, or UPS Freight, you will be sent a tracking number. IT IS THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE TO ACCEPT SHIPMENT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PLAN FOR HELP FOR HEAVY PACKAGES.

If your package has not been delivered to you within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. Notification of non-delivery must be received within 7 days of estimated delivery date. Any non-delivery notifications sent past the 7 day period will result in the inability to issue a replacement.

Enclosures are shipped disassembled, this keeps the enclosure safer during shipping. All enclosures are pre-assembled as part of our quality control process and you can find assembly instructions here.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If you have any damage, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY, WITH PHOTOS. If you have any damaged products YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING AND THE DAMAGED PARTS, these are required for a damage claim. Pictures are REQUIRED to be emailed to us. If you do not comply with these conditions, then you will be responsible to pay for replacement parts. Refund or replacement will be at the discretion of Apex Reptile.

GROUND SHIPMENTS: All shipping rates are standard "curb-side" delivery. This means that the driver will place your package outside your door.
